Join us to celebrate our coming of age!

To mark this momentous milestone in our history we warmly invite you join us for a week of community arts events from 26th – 30th October 2009

Monday 26th October at 7.00pm at the New Mercury
• Textile 21
The unveiling of Part 1 of Textile 21 commemorative community wall hanging

• The Big Draw
Launch of our Project 21 Big Draw post card exhibition. Add your postcard on the day or during the week.

• Film Showcase
Work by young people including a film of ‘Jabberwocky’ by Engage and
the premier of ‘Gulliver’s Adventures in Lilliput’ by Forest Forward

Wednesday 28th October 10.00am – 12.00pm at the New Mercury

Two FREE family workshops:
• Textile 21 Part 2 with Rachel Shilston
Your last chance to contribute to the commemorative community wall hanging

• The Big Draw with Claire Robinson
Come and share your memories of birthdays, of Artspace and add your postcard to the exhibition

Thursday & Friday 29th & 30th October at the Forest Theatre at 7.30 pm

‘Spell Quest’

A wicked tale of wizardry combining circus skills and physical theatre devised and performed by the members of Engage and featuring dancers from the CANDI project
See the show and join the celebration afterwards.
Tickets £6 and £4 (concessions) from Artspace or on the door.
