This is not a technical workshop, you can bring any camera that you regularly use, including your phone. Before we start taking any shots we will take time to relax using breathwork and qi gong to help us awaken our senses and connect with our environment, discovering new ways to look at the world and find beauty in everyday reality.  Cinderford offers urban and natural environments to explore and we can get creative juxtaposing both. Mindful photography offers an opportunity to slow down and get creative and will hopefully leave you feeling inspired and positive.
Andy Squiff is a designer and photographer who has worked in the creative industry for over 30 years, he thrives on the inspiration he finds in nature and enjoys sharing his passion for both creativity and the local area.
