Thinking differently about diversity at Westonbirt Arboretum

FREE creative arts workshops for neurodivergent people and their families/carers

As part of a new project exploring the connections between biodiversity and neurodiversity, we are inviting neurodivergent people with additional support needs (along with their carers and families) to join us for a FREE creative arts workshop at Westonbirt Arboretum.

During this engaging half-day workshop, you will be supported by a professional artist to create a unique piece of art on the theme of ‘leaves’ for inclusion in an upcoming exhibition.

The final exhibition, taking place in May 2023 in the Great Oak Hall at Westonbirt Arboretum, will feature creative work by neurodivergent people of all ages from across Gloucestershire.

The same workshop will be run twice on Monday 13th February at Westonbirt, the National Arboretum: Session 1 – 10.30-12.30 / Session 2 – 1.30-3.30

Each workshop will run for two hours and there is a choice of morning/afternoon sessions.

All participants (and up to two family members/carers) will receive free entry to Westonbirt Arboretum to attend the workshop, and are welcome to enjoy the site throughout the day.

To book please complete the attached booking form and return it to info@artspacecinderford.org
